The custom brushes on the wings work well. The weapon isn't bad but the overall design needs work. What is your reference? Good job getting some range in value. Also good job grounding the character with a shadow. I like the falling feathers. Push the design more! Especially with the head and helmet.
Expand the image so you aren't clipping the weapon. Develop the costume more. Fix the perspective on the horns. The anatomy could use a lot of work. The face and hands especially. The tops of the wings should also be finished. Use reference!
